| Abstract: |
| Selenium was recycled from electrolytic manganese anode slime by alkaline leaching. The effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, leaching temperature, ratio of liquid to solid, leaching time and stirring speed on selenium leaching rate were investigated. The ultrasonic extraction experiments were applied to reinforce alkaline leaching based on the result of single factor experiments. The results show that ultrasonic extraction can improve selenium leaching rate, reduce leaching temperature and time. Selenium leaching rate is 96.11% under the conditions including ultrasonic power of 500 W, ultrasonic time of 50 min, and temperature of 60 ℃. |
