Abstract:
Batch culture and continuous culture of ferric sulfate uranium-leaching solution was applied to compare differences of oxidation activity of flora, Fe3 /ΣFe of bioleaching solution, and daily bacterium output ratio (ratio of daily bacterium output to oxidation tank volume). The results show that daily bacterium output ratio of batch culture and continuous culture is 1.04 and 1.43 respectively, and under the conditions including total iron content of 10 g/L, Fe2 oxidation rate of bioleaching solution of batch culture and continuous culture of 0.20 g/(L?h) and 0.34 g/(L?h) respectively, Fe3 /ΣFe of bioleaching solution of about 96%. Fe2 oxidation rate and daily bacterium output ratio of bioleaching solution in continuous culture is 1.7 times and 1.4 times of in batch culture. The optimum inoculation condition of this ferric sulfate bioleaching solution is pH value of 1.6~1.7 and Fe3 /ΣFe of 90%~95%.
