| Abstract: |
| Key technology of alloy preparation, melt purifying, ingot casting, hot extrusion, continuous rolling, annealing and wiredrawing was investigated to produce Sn30Zn alloy sprayed metal wire. Sn30Zn alloy sprayed metal wire was detected to determine better process parameters for production of high quality and high performance low tin tin-zinc wire. Sn30Zn alloy sprayed wire produced by this technology meets the requirements in terms of chemical composition and physical properties. |
