| Abstract: |
| DBSA integrated electrolytic process technology with equipment package is composed of bidirectional parallel current copper electrolysis and electrowinning technology (BPCCEEPT), multi-circuit balanced conduction technology (MCBCT), real-time slime collection technology (RTSCT), and high-efficiency electrowinning and acidic mist suppression technology (HEEAMST). BPCCEEPT can improve conventional electrolyte circulation and realize high current density in copper electrolytic process with MCBCT. RTSCT can significantly reduce anode slime collection period during production. HEEAMST is to produce high quality cathodes with low copper ion contents in solution and improvement of working surroundings of workshop. |
