| Abstract: |
| The process to separate vanadium and iron in stone coal acidic leaching solution with P507-N235 mixed extractant was studied. Effects of concentration of N235/P507, initial pH value, extraction time, and phase ratio (A/O) on extraction efficiency and separation performance of vanadium and iron were investigated. The results show that after four-stage extraction, extraction rate of vanadium and iron is 98.36% and 5.78% respectively under the optimum conditions including 0.4 mol/L P507, 0.8 mol/L N235, initial pH value of 1.7, extraction time of 5 min, and A/O=5/1. Compared with P204 system and P507 system, P507-N235 system has higher vanadium extraction efficiency and better separation performance of vanadium and iron. |
