| Abstract: |
| Valuable metals were extracted from lead anode slimes with top blowing furnace by blowing smelting. The process route includes preparation of mixed materiel, primary reduction smelting, collection of gold by reduction, secondary converting, and recovery of arsenic and antimony. The industrial test results show that silver content of precious lead is 70% above with silver direct recovery of 95%~98% and total silver recovery of 99.0%~99.7%. This process has the advantages of short process flow, low content of Au and Ag in slag, bigger treatment capacity, and low energy consumption. |
