Abstract:
Uranium extraction rate of impregnated pitchblende uranium ore with particle size of -0.104 mm is 50% below under acid leaching. Uranium column leaching rate is 83% above and tailing grade of uranium is 0.01% below with particle size of -0.20 mm applying processes of mixed acid-curing pretreatment and high acid leaching. Lixivium was treated by ion exchange adsorption, acidic sodium chloride leaching, and uranium precipitation to produce uranium product. Adsorption capacity of uranium is 125 mg/g. Uranium concentration of leacheate is 10 g/L above. The product of precipitant “111” meets the requirements of standard of First Class of industry.
