Abstract:
Alkaline leaching residue of copper anode slime was leached with H2SO4 as leaching agent and NaCl as silver precipitator. The effects of reaction temperature, H2SO4 concentration, NaCl dosage, L/S, and reaction time on leaching of Cu, Te, and Ag were investigated. The results show that leaching rate of Cu, Te, and Ag is 92.82%, 83.69%, and 0.21% respectively under the optimum conditions including H2SO4 concentration of 3 mol/L, NaCl dosage of 6%, L/S=5, reaction temperature of 60 ℃, and leaching time of 1.5 h. Base metals are removed and precious metals are enriched.
