Abstract:
Based on common pyrometallurgy copper smelting process, common problems such as application scope and exhaust volume per unit product in executing “emission standard of pollutants for copper, nickel, cobalt industry” (GB 254675-2010) were discussed. According to the standard and preparation instructions, and analysis of actual projects, the meaning of “unit of product” in GB 254675-2010 should be interpreted as “unit of anode copper product”, and “exhaust volume per unit product” should be the exhaust volume relevant with anode copper. The monitoring factors of different sections should be based on raw material components, typical pollutants of processes in project monitoring program and environmental impact assessment. Calculation of some technical indexes needs to be preciser in future formulation and revision of relevant standards.
