| Abstract: |
| Germanium and silicon leaching rate is 99.21% and 99.98% respectively from chlorination distillation residue under the conditions including sodium hydroxide concentration of 432 g/L, L/S of 4︰1, leaching temperature of 85 ℃, and leaching time of 2 h. Germanium and silicon can be separated from leached liquor by ion exchange. Comprehensive recovery of germanium is 99% after precipitation process of silicon and germanium. |
