| Abstract: |
| Main cause of low intensity and poor adhesion of magnesium alloy mold release agent (MAMRA) was identified by functional analysis, causal analysis, and resource analysis. Through modeling based on TRIZ theory, solution to address conflict of principle and effect was found out. The existing MAMRA was innovatively designed combined with principle of solving. The results show that improved MAMRA can overcome occurrence of low intensity and poor adhesion. Usage cost of novel MAMRA is just 1% of the primary, and good economic benefit is achieved. |
