| Abstract: |
| A novel two-stage deep oil purification technology in copper electrowinning process, composed of ultrasound demulsification floatation and physical adsorption, was introduced. Oil purification rate is 98% above and recovery rate of organic phase is 95%. This process has the advantages of high oil removal rate, pollution-free, low energy consumption, high recovery rate of organic phase, and no addition of chemical substance. Plant practice shows that this process has significant comprehensive economic effect, effective elimination of organic phase’s effect on copper electrowinning and quality of cathode copper. |
