Abstract:
Copper and tellurium were removed from copper anode slime by pressure acid leaching. The effects of pressure, temperature, leaching time, and initial acidity on copper and tellurium removal rate were investigated. The results show that copper removal rate is 97.71% and tellurium removal rate is 59.62% with no loss of gold and silver under the optimum conditions including pressure of 1.0 MPa, temperature of 140 ℃, leaching time of 2 h, and initial acidity of 120 g/L.
