| Abstract: |
| Type, emission process, and pollution characteristics of mercury-bearing waste in one Copper Smelter were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that the major mercury containing wastes include smelting slag, smelting dust, and acid mud, and mercury containing waste with the highest risk is acid mud. Main pollutant is HgCl2. |
