| Abstract: |
| Recovery of valuable metals from roasting cyanidation residue by high temperature chloridizing was investigated. The results show that volatilization rate of Au, Ag, Cu, Pb and Zn is 97.52%, 71.78%, 85.92%, 98.59% and 93.81%, respectively under the conditions of CaCl2 addition of 7%, roasting temperature of 1 100 ℃, and roasting time of 2 h. Gradient drying process was adopted to prevent pellet bursting and after 40 min drying, falling strength of dry pellets is >10 times/0.5 m and compressive strength is 90%>100 N, both basically meeting the feeding requirement of rotary kiln. |
