| Abstract: |
| Preparation of high voltage high capacitance tantalum powder by air jet mill system was introduced. DOE experimental design to analyze full factorial experimental design, implementation, and results of key parameters of inlet pressure and stepped frequency of jet mill system. The optimum parameters were determined. Air jet mill system is successfully applied to prepare high voltage high capacitance tantalum powder. |
