| Abstract: |
| BECHM 3150KWB BMO-01 Electronic Beam Cooling Bed introduced from Ukraine was applied to smelt TC4 titanium alloy with pure industrial sponge titanium, Al-V intermediate alloy, and pressed aluminum particle. Ingot casting was analyzed, macro/micro structure was observed, mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy were measured. The results show that TC4 titanium alloy prepared by adjusting proper proportion of aluminum meets the requirement of national criterion. |
