| Abstract: |
| Energy balance maintainance is the basic condition for stable and efficient operation of aluminium electrolysis cells during aluminium electrolysis production. Direction and measures to adjust energy balance are analyzed and summarized by measuring energy balance of 400 kA aluminium smelting cell with current production status as reference. As a result, the effective measures to save energy and reduce consumption include optimization design of cell lining, reduction of voltage drop of all parts, rational control of electrolyzing temperature, and improvement of production management. |
