| Abstract: |
| Phase structures of fly ash were analyzed by XRD. Process conditions to prepare Al2O3 from fly ash with ammonium bisulfate roasting were explored by single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The results show that extracting ratio of Al2O3 is 84.5% under the conditions including mass ratio of ammonium bisulfate to ore of 8.5︰1, roasting temperature of 420 ℃, and roasting time of 60 min. Digestion ratio of Al2O3 of clinker is 95.9% under the optimum conditions including digestion temperature of 90 ℃, L/S of 8︰1, stirring speed of 400 r/min, and dissolving time of 70 min. |
