| Abstract: |
| Diffusion dialysis method was applied to pretreat stone coal acid leaching solution. Effects of feed flow rate, flow rate ratio (water/feed) on pH value of dialysate, sulfuric acid recovery, water reverse osmosis rate, and ions rejection were investigated. The results show that the optimum operation conditions include feed flow rate of 12 mL/min and flow rate ratio of water to feed of 1.0~1.1. Under the optimum operation conditions, pH value of acid leaching solution pretreated by diffusion dialysis rises to 1.0 from 0.04, sulfuric acid recovery is 71.12%, water reverse osmosis rate is 14.95%, and vanadium rejection is 95.50%. Rejection of impurity ions, such as Al, Fe, Mg, K, F, P, S is 99.04%, 97.37%, 98.01%, 85.12%, 98.33%, 91.16%, and 69.96% respectively. pH value of acid leaching solution is improved by pretreatment of diffusion dialysis. Recovered acid can be reused. |
