| Abstract: |
| Acid leaching residues from TiO2 production with sulfuric acid method were pretreated by roasting at high temperature with alkali and leached by sulfuric acid. Effects of leaching time, L/S, stirring speed, concentration of sulfuric acid, leaching temperature, and particle size on titanium leaching rate were investigated by orthogonal and single-factor experiments. The results show that influence on leaching rate of titanium is sequence as leaching time, L/S, stirring speed, concentration of sulfuric acid, and leaching temperature. Leaching rate of titanium is 90.35% under the optimum conditions including leaching time of 60 min, L/S=3, stirring speed of 700 r/min, concentration of sulfuric acid of 11 mol/L, leaching temperature of 95 ℃, and particle size of -0.147 mm. |
