| Abstract: |
| Perrhenic acid was prepared by 50%TBP 50&0# solvent extraction and two-step method of C160 resin ion exchange-vacuum rotary evaporation from ammonium perrhenate, respectively. The results show that perrhenic acid prepared by the above two processes meets the requirement of grade Ⅰ of industry standard YS/T 836-2012. Recovery of Re is 97.47% with removal rate of NH4 of 99.993% in solvent extraction process. Re loss rate is 0.035% and penetrable adsorption capacity of NH4 with C160 cationic resin is 33.6 g/L in ion exchange process. |
