Abstract:
Ni-Co-Mn ternary precursor (NixCoyMn(1-x-y)(OH)2) waste and cobalt oxalate (CoC2O4) waste were integrated leached. Effects of mass ratio of (NixCoyMn(1-x-y)(OH)2) and CoC2O4 waste, initial acidity, reaction temperature, L/S, and reaction time on leaching rate of Ni, Co, and Mn were investigated. The results show that leaching rate of Ni, Co, and Mn is 99.75%, 96.76%, and 99.80%, respectively under the optimum conditions including mass ratio of (NixCoyMn(1-x-y)(OH)2) and CoC2O4 waste of 5︰3.5, initial acidity of 4 mol/L, reaction temperature of 50 ℃, L/S of 4︰1, and reaction time of 120 min. Lixivium can be used to prepare NixCoyMn(1-x-y)(OH)2 directly. Objective to integrate leaching and comprehensive recycling of two wastes is realized.
