| Abstract: |
| Titanium tetrachloride refined tailings produced by Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company was leached with alkali. Effects of leaching medium, reaction temperature, alkali concentration, L/S, oxygen pressure, and reaction time on vanadium leaching rate were investigated. The results show that vanadium leaching rate is 95% above under optimum conditions. Lixivium firstly precipitated aluminum, and then chlorine and vanadium were separated by fractional crystallization. Leachate is evaporated to crystallize sodium chloride and then cooled to crystallize sodium vanadate product with purity of 89% above. Technical route of efficient separation of aluminum, sodium, chlorine, and vanadium, and conversion of high value-added products are realized. Valuable resource loss and environmental pollution existing in stacking of titanium tetrachloride refined tailings are addressed. |
