| Abstract: |
| Tellurium was recovered from Cu-Te slag by sulfating roasting, water leaching to remove copper, alkali leaching to recover tellurium, and electrodeposition to recover copper. Effects of NaOH concentration and temperature on leaching of tellurium were investigated. Hydrolysis deimpurity and tellurium electrodeposition were explored. The results show that copper removal rate is 75% after sulphation roasting and water leaching. Tellurium grade in electric product is 99.90% with total recovery of tellurium of about 93%. Valuable metals such as Au, Ag, Pt, and Pd are concentrated in leaching residue. |
