Abstract:
The feasibility to leach zinc from zinc-bearing dust with ChCl-urea(1︰2) Deep Eutectic Solvents as solvent and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) as chelating agent was studied. The effects of leaching temperature, leaching time, NTA concentration, and L/S on zinc leaching rate were investigated. The results show that zinc leaching rate is about 87% under the optimum conditions including leaching temperature of 80 ℃, leaching time of 24 h, NTA concentration of 0.1 mol/L, and L/S=12.5.
