Abstract:
Effect of calcining process on chlorine in final rare earth oxides during preparation of rare earth oxides was analyzed. Effects of loading volume, feeding mode, calcining temperature, and heating curve on chlorine in final rare earth oxides were investigated. The results show that the lower carbonate loading is, the slower heating rate is, and the lower burning temperature is, the lower chlorine content in rare earth oxide is.
