| Abstract: |
| Dissolution of Ausmelt smelting flue dust in mixture solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfide was studied. Effects of NaOH concentration, Na2S dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, and L/S on leaching of As, Sb, Pb, Zn were investigated. Leaching rates of As, Sb, Pb and Zn are 91.88%, 21.04%, 0.57%, and 12.95% respectively under the optimum conditions including concentration of sodium hydroxide of 2 mol/L, mass ratio of Na2S/dust of 2 g/10 g, reaction temperature of 90 ℃, reaction time of 1.5 h, L/S=6/1, and stirring speed of 300 r/min. Selective leaching of arsenic is realized. |
