| Abstract: |
| Zinc was electrodeposited in NH3-NH4Cl-H2O system with combined additives. Effects of electrode distance, current density, electro-winning time, and initial concentration of zinc ions on surface morphology and current efficiency of zinc electro-winning were investigated. The results show that current efficiency is 95% above with smooth and dense surface morphology of cathode zinc under the optimum conditions including electrode distance of 3 cm, currency density of 400 A/m2, initial concentration of zinc ions of 40 g/L, and electro-winning time of 4 h. |
