| Abstract: |
| Through assumption of chemical reactions occuring in matte Flash Converting, generation mechanism of metal copper, slag, dust and accretion and process conditions were discussed. Based on operational practice in Jinguan Copper, key points and methods for process control in Flash Converting operation are deduced. Causes for process trouble occuring in Flash Converting operation are theoretically analyzed. Optimization of Flash Converting process control and future studies are proposed. |
