| Abstract: |
| Infrared spectrum change of 8-hydroxyquinoline germanium imprinted polymer (MIPs) prepared by Hybridization Precipitation Polymerization Process was investigated with Infrared Spectroscopic Analysis Technology in processes of synthesis, adsorption and desorption of MIPs. Reaction behaviors of raw materials and influence on polymer properties were clarified during synthesis, adsorption and desorption. The results show that solvents such as chloroform and methanol, and initiator azodiisobutyronitrile has no involvement in synthesis process, and the functional monomer acrylamide and crosslinking agent EGDMA participate in polymerization. Cleared in process of elution, template 8-hydroxyquinoline and germanium ions are highly and selectively adopted as fixed structure during adsorption process. |
