| Abstract: |
| To address easy damage and internal nodulation of inclined flue of oxygen side blown smelting furnace, aluminum chrome brick and magnesia chrome brick with good thermal shock resistance were substituted to original material. Strengthening impurity control and optimization of oxygen charge system were adopted. Plant practices show that remarkable results are achieved after transformation. |
