| Abstract: |
| Potential-tapping renovation and operation practice of sulfuric acid production for 910 kt/a smelting flue gas in Zijin Copper were introduced. Inlet concentration of conversion rises from 12% to 15.89% after applying pre-transformation in conversion process and supplement fuming acid in dry absorption process. System runs smoothly after transformation with average conversion rate of 99.9% above. Plant practice proves that potential-tapping renovation of acid making is comparatively successful. |
