Abstract:
Kaldo Furnace slag was treated by wet-process to extract Pb and Bi. Effects of concentration of hydrochloric acid, concentration of sodium chloride, leaching temperature, ratio of liquid to solid, and time on chloride leaching were investigated. The results show that leaching rate of Bi and Pb is 98.53% and 90.22% respectively under the optimum conditions including concentration of hydrochloric acid of 1 mol/L, concentration of sodium chloride of 300 g/L, L/S of 5, leaching temperature of 70 ℃, and leaching duration of 2 h. Content of Pb and Bi in sponge alloy is 94.73% after neutralization, replacement and acidic washing.
