| Abstract: |
| Anode slime of Zijin Copper Co., Ltd. was treated by processes of acid leaching and oxidation decoppering, Outotec Kaldo Furnace smelting, silver electrolytic refining, and gold refining. Designed annual processing quantity is 2 000 t copper anode slime, annual output of silver and gold is 176 t and 4.8 t respectively. Production problems existing at early stage of silver electrolytic refining and equipment application were analyzed. Through optimization of silver electrolytic refining in terms of process adjustment, equipment optimization and modification, silver electrolytic refining runs stably to produce qualified silver powder. |
