| Abstract: |
| After second phase reorganization and expansion, Bayannur Zijin Zinc Smelter adopts two-stage high temperature cobalt removal and three-stage deep purification parameters including reaction temperature of 75~90 ℃, zinc powder dosage of 0.5~5.5 kg/m3, and dosage of antimony salt of 2~6 g/m3. Deep purification is well achieved effect with Cu≤0.20 mg/L, Cd≤0.3 mg/L, Co≤0.2 mg/L, and Sb≤0.02 mg/L, meeting requirement of 48 h electrowinning. |
