| Abstract: |
| To solve disadvantages of traditional P507 extraction separation for Tm, Yb, Lu, such as low separation efficiency, high acid and alkali consumption, and high cost, new combined extraction separation process was designed based on optimization design of extraction and separation process. New processes achieve maximum separation efficiency and utilization rate of acid and alkali by applying technologies such as mixture extraction system, displacement extraction, combination fuzzy separation, and reuse of washing and extraction capacity and, etc. Techno-economic comparison was carried out between traditional and new process. The results show that new combined extraction separation process can significantly reduce cost of acid and alkali and storage trough, improve separation efficiency with easy operation and control. |
