| Abstract: |
| Atomized pyrolysis experiment of CeCl3 solution was carried out based on physical test design of CeCl3 solution to simulate CeCl3 pyrolysis kinetics and thermogravimetry analysis. According to TG-DSC curves, weightlessness of CeCl3 solution occurred at 115, 153, 115, 200 and 250 ℃ respectively caused by change of chemical physics. CeCl3 solution translated into CeO2 after 580 ℃. Based on comparison between decomposition rate and activation energy, mass change rate with oxygen participation is higher and easier for reaction than that of without oxygen participation. CeCl3 solution has higher mass change rate and lower reaction activation energy due to existence of solute water during pyrolysis upon temperature of lower than 110 ℃. The optimum thermal decomposition temperature of CeCl3 solution is 750 ℃. |
