| Abstract: |
| Operation technology and production practice of side blown furnace were introduced. Production cost is reduced and metal recovery is improved upon optimization operation including increasing oxygen supply and ore feeding, reducing amount of coke and pulverized coal, substitution of pulverized coal to coke, improving matching of high silicon ore, reducing flux rate, transforming copper tap hole of side blown furnace, and reducing copper content in electric furnace slag. |
