Abstract:
Method to measure content of suspended solids in tantalum and niobium loaded organic phase was studied. Suspended solids are measured and characterized. Centrifugal separation of suspended solids in tantalum and niobium loaded organic phase was investigated. The results show that removal rate of suspended solids is 95.06% under the conditions including rotating speed of 7 500 r/min and centrifugal duration of 5 min. Centrifugation is suitable to remove suspended solids in tantalum and niobium loaded organic phase.
