| Abstract: |
| Effects of digestion temperature, particle size, stirring strength, and lime dosage on dissolution rate of Al2O3 and TiO2 of high titanium bauxite in high pressure hydrochemical process were investigated by single factor terst and orthogonal test respectively. The results show that the factors influencing dissolution rate of alumina are in turn of temperature, lime dosage, stirring intensity, and particle size. Dissolution rate of Al2O3and TiO2 is 86.52% and 5.708% respectively under the optimum dissolution conditions including particle size of 0.045~0.074 mm, lime dosage of 8%, digestion temperature of 290 ℃, stirring speed of 8 r/min, and digestion duration of 45 min. |
