Abstract:
      To realize comprehensive utilization of valuable metals in copper converter white dust, pressure leaching process was carried out. The results show that leaching rate of metals is Cu>95%, Zn>95%, Cd>90%, As<10%, Fe<10% under the optimum conditions including L/S of 6︰1(mg/L), initial sulfuric acid concentration of 0.6 mol/L, leaching temperature of 120 ℃, oxygen partial pressure of 0.6 MPa, leaching time of 3 h, and stirring speed of 500 r/min. Valuable elements of copper, zinc and cadmium can be effectively separated from impurities of arsenic and iron which facilitates separation of valuable metals in lixivium.
