| Abstract: |
| Recovery process of waster tantalum target and its application were studied. Separation process of waster tantalum target was carried out with hydrogenation process to obtain metallurgical grade tantalum powder with purity of 99.995% above. Recycled metallurgical grade tantalum powder can be used as raw materials for electron beam smelting preparation of tantalum ingots, or directly as other tantalum processing materials. Copper backplane obtained can be used as a new target, or recovered as brass. |
