Abstract:
Leaching thermodynamics of copper smelting dust in sulfate acid media were analyzed. Lab-experiment of acid leaching-magnetic separation was investigated. The results demonstrate that leaching rate of Cu, As, Cd is 48.47%, 90.01%, and 90.14% respectively, approximately 85% for Fe in magnetic residue and 96% for Pb in acid residue, under the optimum conditions including sulfate acid concentration of 0.50 mol/L, L/S of 6︰1 (mL/g), temperature of 65 ℃, leaching time of 90 min, and magnetic induction intensity of 0.40 T.
