| Abstract: |
| Lithium carbonate crude product was purified by carbonation-decomposition method. Lithium carbonate dissolves into water under the conditions of L/S=15/1 and aeration time 40 min with flow rate of 0.5 L/min. Recovery of lithium is 85.74% and Li2CO3 purity meets the standard of battery grade lithium carbonate under the optimum carbonization conditions including reacting temperature of 90 ℃, reacting time of 1 h, and continual evacuation of CO2. Mother liquid of LiHCO3 can be circulated by at most 5 times. |
