Abstract:
Valuable metals were recovered and arsenic was removed from high As, Sn and Pb bearing lead anode slime coming from electrolysis process of secondary copper recycle applying a combination process of thermometallurgy and hydrometallurgy, i.e., water washing, As removal, acid leaching, and evaporation and crystallization. The results show that removal rate of As is 96.49%, and recovery rate of Sn, Pb, Cu, Ni and Sb is 96.80%, 99.32%, 93.72%, 94.15% and 97.80%, respectively.
