Abstract: |
Efficient removal of oil from process water of acid raffinate was conducted by BGS102 degreasing resin developed by BGRIMM Technology Group with process water of uranium-molybdenum deposit by acid leaching and extraction process as the research object. With sand filtration as prefiltration, turbidity and most of oil was removed, and depth oil removal was performed by adding raffinate into resin column with flow rate of 110 mL/min. Oil content in deoilled raffinate is 10 mg/L below, and organic phase was recovered to reduce system consumption. After 15-time of regeneration for BGS102 resin, oil removal rate is 90% above, and oil adsorption saturated capacity on BGS102 dry resin is 93 mg/g. |
