Abstract:
Chloride leaching was applied to extract Ag and Pb from acid-leaching residues of zinc hydrometallurgy slag after roasting and acid leaching. The effects of NaCl concentration, L/S, leaching temperature, and leaching time on leaching of Ag and Pb were investigated. The results show that leaching rate of Ag and Pb is 94.7% and 81% respectively under the optimum conditions including NaCl concentration of 250 g/L, L/S=5︰1, leaching temperature of 80~100 ℃, and leaching time of 3~4 h. The optimum chloride recycle leaching time is three-cycle, after which silver content in leaching solution is 139 mg/L, leaching rate of Ag and Pb is 93.84% and 81.23% respectively.
