| Abstract: |
| Effects of tungsten oxide powders with different oxygen contents on preparation of ultrafine tungsten powders were studied. The results show that tungsten powder particle size prepared with blue tungsten (WO2.90) as raw material is about 1 μm, which is bigger than that with purple tungsten (WO2.72) as raw material. The experimental results of preparation of ultrafine tungsten powder with different oxygen content of tungsten oxide powder shows that the effecting sequence on particle size of FSSS is reduction temperature, H2 flow rate, loading amount of boat, and boat moving speed. Particle size of tungsten powder is about 0.3 μm prepared from violet tungsten under the conditions including reduction temperature of 700~840 ℃, boat moving speed of 18 min/boat, loading amount of boat of 0.35 kg/boat, and hydrogen flow rate of 50~60 m3/h. |
