Abstract:
Removal of fluorine and chlorine ion by ion exchange was investigated applying zinc sulfate solution as raw material. D201 resin selected by experiments has good adsorption and desorption properties for fluorine and chlorine ion. The results of multistage dynamic test show that concentration of chlorine ion drops from 497.61 mg/L to 58.77 mg/L with removal rate of 88.19%, and concentration of fluorine ion drops from 201.17 mg/L to 178.64 mg/L with removal rate of 11.98%. D201 resin after dynamic adsorption was desorbed by 4 mol/L sulfuric acid solution, and desorption rate of fluorine and chlorine is 95% above and 99% above respectively.
